Tennis Elbow Injections

Tennis elbow is a chronic degenerative painful condition that affects the attachment of the extensor tendons to the lateral epicondyle.

Symptoms of the tennis elbow :

  • pain and a tenderness on the outside of the elbow,
  • elbow stiffness,
  • pain starts at the elbow but then may radiate to the wrist,
  • general weakness in the wrist.

Diagnosis is based on the patient’s medical history, physical and radiologic examinations.

Intervention techniques we apply for a tennis elbow treatment:

  • prolotherapy,
  • Platelet Rich Plasma,
  • dry needling,
  • steroid block.

Dr. Marcin Goczewski uses all mentioned above various intervention techniques in the treatment of tennis elbow only under ultrasound guidance.
