About me
Lek. med. Marcin Goczewski
I got interested in ultrasound diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system in 2010. Throughout a few consecutive years I gathered the expertise and experience in performing and describing of the examinations. In 2016, during the scientific congress of the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Society on Ibiza, I decided that I would make a step further and I would carry out simple interventions under USG control.
In order to deepen my knowledge and develop my skills, I participated in numerous courses and internships, among other in Antwerp, Spain, Korea and Israel. It allowed me to establish contacts with known authorities in the field of intervention radiology and regenerative medicine in the world. The following persons especially contributed to my professional development: professor José Luiz del Cura, professor Ke-Vin Chang, professor Chiou Hong, doctor Jeikanne Cassor (Ph.D.) and doctor Stephane Grijseels (Ph.D.), who invited me to their Wards in order to provide me with a comprehensive training. New uncharted horizons of the musculosceletal illnesses treatment were revealed for me.
It is most probable that I carry out many prolotherapy procedures as the only person in Poland. In the meantime, I completed post-graduate studies Pain Medicine at Jagiellonian University. The results of applying selected techniques in pain management and soft tissue regeneration, including peripheral nerves, went far beyond my expectations and imagination; therefore, I decided to create the web page to share with you my passions and how I could help.
